Nosco may have been founded more than 100 years ago, but the company continues to prioritize growth in multiple packaging segments and embrace new technology. With digital printing capabilities for labels, folding cartons, and flexible packaging, it now counts for 50% of Nosco's orders.

The fifth-annual Digital Packaging Summit — the largest ever edition of the event — addressed all four major segments of the packaging industry and how package printers from across the board can benefit from all that digital printing and converting technology have to offer.

During the 2019 Digital Packaging Summit, Steve Powers, sales director for North America, labels and packaging, HP Indigo, shared how HP has taken a leadership position in digital printing for labels and packaging with its diverse portfolio that addresses all packaging segments. 

ePac, a producer of digitally-printed flexible packaging, has revealed the location of its Minneapolis facility. While the site will open in January 2020, it is currently accepting orders, which are being fulfilled by ePac's other locations while construction is occurring.

Using HP SmartStream Mosaic software and the HP Indigo 20000 Digital Press, each pouch features a unique design.
