Print Buying Workshops Offered by IGI
SESSION TWO: 1:00 – 4:30 p.m.
This course will help printers and other graphic arts services providers understand how today’s print buyers source print, compare printers, and carry out their print program strategies. We will discuss who is buying commercial print today, where they work, what else their jobs entail, and how their buying behaviors have changed in this down economy. Attendees will learn how to communicate with prospects and customers in ways that will build value into their business relationship, and how to effectively differentiate their firms in this crowded landscape. In a nutshell, this course will teach printers what’s on the minds of the typical print customer in 2009—and what their biggest challenges are.
