Fujifilm To Pack a Punch at Printing United Expo 2025: Helping Converters ‘Make More’
No whammies, and more money, more money, more money. Fujifilm announces its “Make More” PRINTING United Expo 2025 mission to help converters overcome labor shortages, reduce turnaround times, and deliver high-impact packaging and label solutions. The company will spotlight a wide portfolio of production print technologies at PRINTING United Expo 2025, October 22–24 in Orlando, Florida (Booth #3021) under the banner of its new “Make More” campaign.
In a written statement issued by the company, Yuji Oki, general manager, FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Business Innovation Division, said, “In a market where efficiency and innovation are key, ‘Make More’ is more than just a campaign or a tagline — it’s a promise to our customers. We have one very simple, utterly limitless purpose - to help customers Make More - and we’re proud to offer the innovation, automation, support, and partnership to do that. More impressions, more profit, more free time, more beauty, and more satisfied customers--that’s what matters, and we’re excited to showcase this at PRINTING United this year.”
In addition to running demonstrations of equipment such as the REVORIA PRESS PC1120 with 10 configurable color stations to the ACUITY TR wide-format printer powered by AQUAFUZE water-based UV ink, Fujifilm will be demonstrating the technology behind the FUJIFILM J Press 750HS and FUJIFILM J Press FP790 with an augmented reality experience that enables Expo attendees to remove the doors and get inside each printer for an immersive experience. The experience promises to put your fingers in control of the technology inside, with step-by-step control of each function — and still keep your fingers safe throughout the process.
The first in a long line of digital toner presses, the REVORIA PRESS PC1120 delivers peak quality and performance. This system features a standout print engine, printing in full color with 10 color options, including gold, silver, white, pink, and clear, and is easily configurable in six stations with resolutions of up to 2400 x 2400 dpi. It prints at 120 pages per minute and is compatible with a wide array of paper stocks and sizes.
Regular Packaging Impressions might recall that Eco flexibles specifically set out to “make more” when the converter successfully installed the first-ever Fujifilm Jet Press FP790 outside of Japan. The converter, which held an open house event to celebrate the expansion in Feb. 2024, installed the Fujifilm Jet Press FP790 for its production speeds of up to 75m/min, with no make ready and changeover downtime; extended gamut — more than 90% of Pantone colors without more costly spot color inks; water-based inks with up to 1200 dpi resolution for sharp, high-quality images; and integrated inspection tower for real-time quality control.
In a written announcement shared with Packaging Impressions, Eco Flexibles GM David Smith notes, “Eco Flexibles has been a pioneer in many ways, and with our latest investment, we’re further driving home the message that sustainable flexible packaging doesn’t need to be a concession or come with sacrifices.”
In the aforementioned written statement from FUJIFILM, Oki notes, “The PRINTING United Expo is a pivotal event for our industry, and we are thrilled to connect with our partners and customers, share our vision for the future of print, and showcase how our innovations are engineered to solve the real-world challenges they face.”
Fujifilm, specifically FUJIFILM North America Corporation, Business Innovation Div., will be at the PRINTING United Expo 2025, Booth #3021, from Oct. 22 to 24, in Orlando, Florida.
