Hooven-Dayton Corporation (HDC) and Benchmark Graphics announced the completion of Hooven-Dayton’s acquisition of Benchmark Graphics of Richmond, Indiana.

Dayton-based Hooven-Dayton Corp. has purchased Benchmark Graphis in Richmond. The Ohio company says the Indiana plant, which has 26 workers, will operate under the Hooven-Dayton name.
