During PRINTING United, Heidelberg will launch its new Digimatrix 60 FC diecutter and hot-foiler as well as the Diana Go 85 folder/gluer aimed at short run and digital packaging solutions for the North American market.

Sakurai’s new LQM 105 in-line hot foil stamper offers the capability to add foil effects to numerous applications including labels and packaging. The new stamper can be integrated into any size Sakurai screen press. PRINTING United Booth 1420.

U.S. Tape & Label has added the Prati Saturn TE450 slitter/rewinder to increase efficiency and versatility in its production. The Saturn TE450 delivered to U.S. Tape & Label features the FASTCUT system, which decreases setup time and provides high accuracy in knife and counter-knife positioning.

Beneco Packaging and subsidiary company SoOpak's new facility will be home to a new Heidelberg Speedmaster CX 102-6+L with full automation and UV capabilities, a Heidelberg-MK Promatrix 106 CS diecutter and a Heidelberg-MK Diana Easy folder gluer.

During an open house event at the MK Masterwork facility in Nové Město, Slovakia, Heidelberg and MK Masterwork unveiled the Diana Go folder/gluer, an entry-level option for printers and converters that can run a wide range of carton styles.

PPC Technologies and Solutions announced the launch and installation of the first new SMARTFOLD 1100SL ULTRA X2S at MEGA Packaging in Montreal, Quebec, in early July. The ULTRA X2S is the latest addition to the PPCTS DGM SMARTFOLD family of folding carton folder/gluers.
