WS Packaging Group to Acquire SenecaSalem Inc.
ALGOMA, Wis.—WS Packaging Group Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to purchase SenecaSalem Inc. SenecaSalem operates two printing facilities: one in Salem, Ohio, and the other in Franklin, Pa. The company produces an array of labels via offset and flexographic, including shrink sleeve, cut-and-stack paper and film labels, in-mold labeling (blow and injection), and roll-to-roll labeling, among others. The company has approximately 200 employees and has long-standing relationships with Fortune 500 customers that serve food and beverage, petroleum, and other markets. SenecaSalem is ISO 9002 certified.

SenecaSalemıs two facilities will complement WS Packaging Group’s 16 manufacturing facilities. Its customers range in size from small businesses to large, high-volume manufacturers and Fortune 500 consumer product goods companies doing business locally, nationally and in marketplaces worldwide.
