Vogue International, the makers of OGX hair care products, collaborated with WS Packaging Group and Avery Dennison to reduce the environmental impacts of pressure-sensitive labels on packaging.

There will be more than 200 new jobs in Knox County after Governor Bill Haslam, along with the Economic and Community Development Commission (ECDC) and WS Packaging Group announced Thursday a multi-million dollar expansion. The company said the expansion will help increase operations, and also consolidate its Knoxville facilities.

Expanding its digital printing capabilities across a nationwide network of 21 printing facilities, WS Packaging has installed two HP Indigo WS6600 presses at its Algoma, WI, and Fullerton, CA, facilities.

To more effectively communicate its focus on innovative packaging and branding solutions, WS Packaging Group has realigned its product offerings into four new groups.

The product lineup includes the Lightning 50 and Lighting 100 label applicators, Primara 750 print-and-apply label applicators, Spectra custom application systems and HERMA label applicators.
