IIMAK Releases New Near-Edge Wax-Resin Thermal Transfer Ribbon for Flexible Packaging

AMHERST, NY—November 19, 2014—International Imaging Materials (IIMAK) is releasing NETFlex+, a new near-edge wax-resin ribbon for thermal transfer overprinting. The next generation ribbon has been developed to be an OEM-compatible, drop in replacement for the most common printers in the market including Videojet and Markem. NETFlex+ produces dark, crisp prints at speeds up to 1000mm/sec (40ips) and has been engineered with a thin coating, allowing it to match most OEM lengths.
