Constantia Flexibles Labels Division has re-branded all its operating units as Constantia Flexibles effective immediately. The historical business names including Grafo Regia, Haendler & Natermann (and Constantia Label), Novis, Sim’Edit, Spear, CM Labels and H&N Suzhou will continue to be used as site designations, but the company name and brand message is Constantia Flexibles.
The Labels Division’s revenues are in excess of $528 million and includes over 2,000 employees. It operates 19 global facilities including locations in Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Malaysia, Mexico, Romania, the United Kingdom, USA and South Africa. Product offerings include wet-glue paper, pressure sensitive, shrink, wrap-around, foil, lid labeling and reseal packaging. Verstraete is included in Constantia Flexibles’ Labels Division, but will continue to operate under its existing name due to its unique in-mould product offering and market specific branding.
Mike Henry, executive vice president, heads the labels division which has been organized into the regions of Americas, Europe and Asia-Pacific.
