Combine Digital and Flexo with New Technology from ETI Converting Equipment

Already launched in North America earlier this month, ETI Converting Equipment's Mini-Cohesio machine equipped with a JFlex digital printing station will join the European market during Labelexpo.

According to Maxime Bayzelon, president of ETI Converting, this new digital Mini-Cohesio machine will surpass the standards seen on the market.

The digital Mini-Cohesio machine offers the following advantages to users:

• Speeds of 84 m/min (275 ft/min) 
• High quality printing with a resolution of 1600 x 1375 dpi 
• Combined printing processes: flexo and digital
• In-line converting operations (silicone and adhesive coating)
• Die-cut on very thin liner (18 micron) with the Pellicut technology
• Instant change technology
• Printing on a wide variety of substrates including film, paper and cardboard

With all these advantages, printers will have the opportunity to develop new markets and to produce finished labels for small and medium production runs at very competitive prices.
