AVT and Quality By Vision Launch New Sheet Coating Inspection System
AVT has partnered with Quality By Vision to develop CoatScan, a first-of-its-kind inspection solution for sheet coating presses.
CoatScan provides coating margin monitoring and sheet positioning assurance through comparison with the user’s pre-determined standards. It also offers defect detection of the overall coating area, as well as indications of coating thickness variations. CoatScan also supplies users with comprehensive reports of all monitored items. The solution will be provided exclusively through AVT.
