Hauppauge, N.Y.—The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has recognized Disc Graphics, a printing and packaging manufacturer in the U.S., as an EPA Green Power Partner for its purchase of green power. Disc Graphics has purchased more than 575,000 kilowatt hours (kWh) of green power, representing a portion of the company’s annual electrical usage. Disc Graphics is purchasing Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) in the form of blended energy from Colorado-based Renewable Choice Energy, a national provider that is building the market for clean and renewable sources of energy.
