The merger, intended to expand product offerings and improve service for both companies’ customers began in February and is expected to be complete by June 1. MERRILLVILLE, Ind.—MonoSol LLC has finalized the purchase of a 15-acre (61,000 square meters) industrial green field site in La Porte, Indiana. Complementing the ongoing operations in Portage, this acquisition provides MonoSol the necessary space for additional manufacturing capacity to meet expected worldwide demand for its products.
