TAPPI has recognized eleven outstanding professionals for their contributions to TAPPI and to the pulp, paper, and packaging industries by awarding them the designation of TAPPI Fellow. TAPPI Fellow is an honorary title bestowed upon less than three percent of TAPPI’s membership, and is given to individuals who have made extraordinary technical or service contributions to the industry and/or the Association. STAMFORD, Conn.—Stora Enso has finalized the divestment of Stora Enso North America Inc (SENA), its North American subsidiary, to NewPage Corporation (“NewPage”), a leading North American coated paper producer. Following the divestment, Stora Enso has established a new sales office in Stamford, Conn. to serve North American customers with paper produced in Europe.
