Color Resolutions International (CRI) employee Lori Harrington, captured a photograph that had colleagues buzzing for a caption. Harrington captured an image of a rainbow that hovered right over the company's entrance sign. Almost immediately employees started sharing captions with one another, which led CRI president and CEO George Sickinger to create a caption contest.
