Durst showcased its latest addition to its RSC line of digital label presses at Labelexpo Europe 2019 with the launch of the Tau RSCi UV inkjet digital label press. Other highlights from Durst at Labelexpo included new workflow and prepress software, along with low-migration inks.
Fort Dearborn and HP have struck a multi-million dollar deal for the label printer to add five new HP Indigo digital presses. The combination of HP Indigo 20000 and 6900 digital presses is expected to more than double Fort Dearborn's digital capacity.
SCREEN Americas debuted its new Truepress Jet L350UV SAI inkjet system for label printing during Labelexpo Europe 2019. The press builds on SCREEN's Truepress Jet L350UV platform with richer color reproduction and the ability to be expanded to seven colors — CMYK, plus white, orange, and blue.
Mouvent is showcasing its latest in inkjet technology at Labelexpo Europe 2019, with demonstrations of its LB702-WB and LB701-UV models. Additionally, Labelexpo Europe will feature the launch of the MASTER DM5, a hybrid press from BOBST featuring Mouvent inkjet technology.
