WestRock Acquires UBS Printing Group to Expand in Multiple Market Segments

WestRock Company is expanding its capabilities to support the beauty & personal care, nutraceutical and media industries with the acquisition of UBS Printing Group, Inc. (UBS). The acquisition further extends the company’s geographical footprint on the U.S. West Coast and will become a part of WestRock’s Multi Packaging Solutions business.

Located in Corona, California, UBS is a specialty printing and packaging company that manufactures high impact cartons, as well as related literature products. The acquisition of UBS fits with the company’s strategy to expand its capabilities and footprint to reflect customer needs.
