Two Sides North America Welcomes AICC as Newest Member
Two Sides North America (TSNA), a non-profit organization advocating for the sustainable attributes of print, paper, and paper-based packaging, is pleased to announce AICC, The Independent Packaging Association, as its newest member. AICC is a manufacturing association for the independent corrugated, folding carton, and rigid box manufacturers and their suppliers.
“Our members in corrugated, folding carton, and rigid box are proud to print on and convert the most sustainable packaging material on the planet—paper,” said AICC President Michael M. D’Angelo. “AICC joined Two Sides North America because no organization relates to and defends the sustainability story of paper better. Like AICC members, Two Sides North America is on the front lines every day, reinforcing the value paper-based packaging and products bring to the manufacturing, retail, and food markets, really any sector that desires to be part of a circular supply chain. The messaging, materials, and advocacy that Two Sides provides play a valuable role in educating and informing all the players in the marketplace.”
According to Jules Van Sant, Executive Director of Two Sides, this newest membership is a welcome addition to the TSNA network of sustainability-driven businesses. “AICC’s mission to provide the education, tools, and information for the paper packaging industry to thrive will further strengthen our platform’s ability to advocate for the positive environmental story of print and paper.”
As part of the ongoing partnership, TSNA’s Jules Van Sant will be speaking at AICC’s 2026 Spring Meeting, April 13-15, in Carlsbad, California. She will provide an update on greenwashing and sustainability as they relate to the print and packaging industry. The event is designed to bring together corrugated industry leaders to focus on the future of paper packaging, featuring networking and educational sessions. “By joining forces with AICC, we at Two Sides are ideally positioned to further support businesses and inform the public about the value of paper-based packaging solutions across a wide range of industries,” says Van Sant.
