CHICAGO—Channeled Resources Group, a worldwide leader in the field of reprocessed specialty paper and film, has been a 50 percent owner of GMC Coatings, Ltd. since its inception. Channeled Resources Group has announced the acquisition of the remaining 50 percent. As 100 percent owners, Channeled Resources Group plans on focusing its attention on building GMC’s custom release liner business.
