Mesirow Advises Scentisphere on Sale to Resource Label Group

Mesirow announced it acted as exclusive financial advisor to Scentisphereon its sale to Resource Label, a portfolio company of Ares Management Corporation.

Scentisphere was founded in 2002 with the launch of Rub’nSmell, a fifth-color scented varnish that can be added to print advertisements in-house by Scentisphere or by virtually any printer. Now a full-service scent marketing company, Scentisphere offers scent sampling solutions, point-of-sale scent marketing devices, scented promotional products and scented packaging, while working with their clients established print and media vendor supply chain.
