Clondalkin Group Acquires Keller Crescent Co.

EVANSVILLE, Ind.—Clondalkin Group, an international producer of flexible and specialist packaging products with more than 40 production facilities throughout Europe and the United States, and annual sales in excess of $1 billion, announced it acquired Keller Crescent Co., an independently-owned producer of folding cartons, labels, inserts, outserts, and other packaging components servicing the United States pharmaceutical and healthcare markets.
