American Packaging Corporation (APC), a provider of flexible packaging solutions, donated $100,000 to Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country’s Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, which supports immediate recovery of families and long-term rebuilding of communities after the devastating floods of July 4, 2025. The Community Foundation of the Texas Hill Country will directly distribute funds to vetted local organizations providing rescue, relief, recovery services, and flood assistance. The fund will support the impacted communities including Boerne, Hunt, Ingram, Kerrville, Center Point and Comfort.
“We are heartbroken for the families who lost loved ones,” said Peter Schottland, Executive Chairman of the Board. “The Kerr County Flood Relief Fund, guided by local leaders, will direct funding to families, first responders, and support agencies to bring some immediate support, as well as capital projects to support long-term rebuilding of homes, businesses and communities.
