Green Bay Packaging Acquires Two Wisconsin Companies

Midland and Great Lakes Packaging are manufacturers and distributors of corrugated packaging, point-of-purchase displays and specialty packaging products. They provide products for food and beverage and industrial customers, said Beth Hrubesky, marketing and communication manager for Green Bay Packaging.

Each company has one production plant. Combined, they add 230 full-time employees to Green Bay Packaging’s national workforce of just more than 3,000 employees. Green Bay Packaging employs a little more than 1,000 people in Brown County. Hrubesky said the acquired plants will remain open and function like Green Bay Packaging’s other divisions.
