LUXEMBOURG—Flint Group, a global solutions provider to the packaging and print media industries, recently signed an agreement to acquire Torda, a manufacturer of printing inks for the packaging markets in Northern Europe, the Balkans, the Middle East, and Eastern Europe.

LUXEMBOURG—Flint Group has announced a customer-oriented organization structure aimed at enabling customers to have full access to Flint Group’s broad product portfolio through a single sales contact, supported by in-depth technical support. The company said this will align the organization to market segments and customer applications enabling Flint Group to provide advantages to customers through value, quality, and innovation while delivering enhanced benefits on a communication, technical expertise, service, and support level at a lower cost.

Following the acquisition of ANI, BASF Printing Systems and Flint Ink by CVC, he became general manager of Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America for Flint Group’s Narrow Web business prior to being named President of the division in March 2007. When combining this with his integrity, and passion for customers, this made him an outstanding leader for our company, our customers, and his colleagues.
