McDowell Label, a global supplier of heat shrink sleeves, decorative labels, and flexible packaging headquartered in Plano, is celebrating its 30th year in business. Founded as a broker-style company in 1981 by current chairman, Dave McDowell, the company acquired its first printing press in 1994 and never looked back.
