Company officials of tesa tape, inc. are recognizing the 75th anniversary of the first tesa-branded product being produced.

With the approval of the supervisory board, on February 6, 2009 Albrecht Bolza-Schünemann, president and CEO of German press manufacturer Koenig & Bauer AG (KBA), will hand over his financial responsibilities to Helge Hansen, a respected banker and business economist.
