Dayton-based Hooven-Dayton Corp. has purchased Benchmark Graphis in Richmond. The Ohio company says the Indiana plant, which has 26 workers, will operate under the Hooven-Dayton name.

DAYTON, OH, April 15, 2011 – Hooven-Dayton Corporation (HDC) and Benchmark Graphics announce the completion of HoovenDayton’s acquisition of Benchmark Graphics of Richmond, Indiana. MIAMISBURG, Ohio—EskoArtwork announced that its North American headquarters has relocated from Vandalia, Ohio to a new 30,000 sq. ft. facility in Miamisburg, another suburb of Dayton Ohio. The facility houses the company’s software support group, customer training and demo centers, marketing and business development, human resources, and finance and administration.

ST. LOUIS—Total Packaging Solutions, LLC, a Dayton, Ohio, converter, has invested in a Mark Andy Performance Series P7 press. Providing labels and packaging to the tobacco industry, this recent start-up had been outsourcing both offset and flexographic printing projects.
