AWT Labels & Packaging has installed a new 10-color, 52˝ Windmoeller & Hoelscher Miraflex Central Impression Cylinder press at its South Elgin, Ill., facility. With the new press, the company plans to grow in its existing market segments and add business in pet food and gourmet coffee.

Plastic Packaging Technologies has acquired two 10-color MIRAFLEX flexographic presses, marking the company’s first investment in Windmoeller & Hoelscher technology.

As Alpha Poly Packaging Solutions expands, it has invested in capital equipment, including a MIRAFLEX AM press from Windmoeller & Hoelscher.

The addition of several new printing presses and bag-making equipment from Windmoeller & Hoelscher (W&H) and its subsidiary, Garant Machinenhandel, will enhance Color Ad's existing line-up of machinery allowing for additional capacity and product development. "By providing our staff with state-of-the-art machinery, we enhance their ability to produce the absolute best print and flexible packaging products for our customers," said CEO, Chip Batten.

Accredo Packaging will be adding new flexographic printing and film extrusion equipment from Windmoeller & Hoelscher. “We're expanding in all the segments we identified as our target markets and need to add significant capacity to keep up with growth,” states Rex Varn, executive vice president of Accredo.
