EFI to acquire Jetrion LLC

FOSTER CITY, Calif.—EFI announced it has signed an agreement to acquire privately held Jetrion LLC, a subsidiary of Flint Group Incorporated, for approximately $40 million in cash. Jetrion is a supplier of inkjet printers, inks, and custom-printing systems for the label and packaging industries. ELK GROVE, Ill.-Private equity firm Genstar Capital, LLC announced that it has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fort Dearborn Company, a provider of decorative labels to the consumer goods industry. ANN ARBOR, Mich.—The acquisition of U.S.-based Flint Ink Corporation by German-based XSYS Print Solutions was completed on 30 September 2005.
