Women of Flexo (WoF), an initiative of the Foundation Flexographic Technical Association (FTA), has named Jennye Scott as the inaugural recipient of the Women of Flexo Woman of the Year Award. The honor was presented at the 2026 Women of Flexo Conference at Clemson University.
The newly established award recognizes an outstanding woman who demonstrates exceptional leadership, innovation, mentorship and advocacy within the flexographic industry, while making a lasting impact on the broader community.
“Jennye represents everything this award was created to recognize,” said Nathan Ridnouer, president of FTA. “Her leadership, her willingness to mentor others and her commitment to strengthening our industry have made a lasting impact.”
Scott brings more than three decades of experience in flexographic packaging and prepress and currently serves as vice president of creative services at Amcor. Over the course of her career, she has been widely recognized for advancing best practices, supporting industry standards and helping elevate the role of prepress within flexographic production.
A founding member of Women of Flexo, Scott has played an integral role in building a professional community focused on connection, mentorship and leadership development. She has also been an active contributor to FTA, including service on its Board of Directors and as Board Chair.
As the inaugural recipient, Scott’s recognition sets the standard for future honorees and reflects the mission of Women of Flexo to support and advance women across the flexographic industry.
