Innovia Films, a manufacturer of BOPP films for packaging, labels, graphics and tobacco products, will be exhibiting at Packaging Innovations 2026. This will take place on 11–12 February at the NEC, Birmingham, where visitors can discover the company’s latest advances in fully recyclable, mono-material packaging solutions.
“We will be showcasing our expanding portfolio of BOPP and Cast PP films and how these are helping UK brand owners and converters respond to increasing sustainability demands, tightening regulation and the requirements of Design for Recycling and PPWR, namely to substitute packaging formats that are hard to recycle” says Alasdair McEwen, Business Unit Director for the Packaging Division at Innovia.
“A key focus at the show will be customer-tailored recyclable solutions, designed to replace traditional multi-material laminates with mono-material structures that improve recyclability and can contribute to lower carbon footprints” he continues.

Innovia will also highlight how its expanded product range supports recycled content targets under PPWR, enabling packaging designs that are compatible with established recycling streams while maintaining high performance.
Innovia Films’ high-barrier BOPP and Cast PP solutions will be on display, offering strong barrier properties, durability and shelf-life performance for demanding food and non-food applications.
In addition, the stand will feature polyester replacement films, providing lightweight alternatives that can deliver comparable performance with improved sustainability credentials. The company’s R&D capabilities will also be showcased, underlining its collaborative approach to developing next-generation packaging solutions tailored to specific customer requirements.
With regulatory pressure and sustainability expectations continuing to rise across the UK packaging sector, Innovia Films aims to demonstrate how practical, scalable film innovations can support the transition to a more circular economy.
The Innovia Films booth is located on Stand D92.
