Graphic Packaging International, Inc. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets and business of Sierra Pacific Packaging, Inc., a producer of folding cartons, beverage carriers, and corrugated boxes for the consumer packaged goods industry.
