Connecticut-based label and packaging maker Cenveo, Inc., agreed to acquire Gilbreth Packaging Solutions from Los Angeles-based Aurora Capital Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed and calls were not acknowledged by press time. Gilbreth Packaging makes shrink sleeves, tamper-evident neck bands and other packaging products used in the personal care, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries.
