Cenveo, Inc. announced that through its subsidiaries, the company has acquired Impaxx, Inc., the sole owner of Gilbreth Packaging Solutions, Inc., from affiliates of Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles private equity firm.

Aurora Capital Group makes an exit of its Pennsylvania-based investment. Connecticut-based label and packaging maker Cenveo, Inc., agreed to acquire Gilbreth Packaging Solutions from Los Angeles-based Aurora Capital Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed and calls were not acknowledged by press time. Gilbreth Packaging makes shrink sleeves, tamper-evident neck bands and other packaging products used in the personal care, pharmaceutical and food and beverage industries. The company is based in Croydon, Pennsylvania and has about 75 employees. Gilbreth is the last remaining business within Impaxx, a platform launched by Aurora in February, 1996.
