OpenGate Capital said that it has closed its acquisition of two boxboard-manufacturing subsidiaries of Cascades Inc. The two subsidiaries will operate under the unified brand name, Fusion Paperboard, and will continue conducting business from Hebron, Kentucky and Versailles, Connecticut with existing management.
