HERFORD, Germany—Two weeks after announcing the acquisition of AKL in Warburg, Germany, the Inometa Group announced the acquisition of Polywest USA LLC. Effective June 30, 2010, the business operations of Polywest USA LLC (Appleton, Wis.) were transferred to the Inometa Group (Herford).
