YORK Label Announces Acquisitions
OMAHA, Neb.—YORK Label, a Nebraska and Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of pressure sensitive labels for the wine, food, and beverage industries, announced that it has acquired LSK Label Co. of El Dorado Hills, California.
YORK Label Chief Executive Officer Rich Egan said, “With the LSK acquisition, YORK has made great progress in reaching our goal of gaining geographic production coverage across the country. In addition, the LSK acquisition serves as a tremendous expansion within one of our core markets, the wine and spirits industry. Not only do we foresee improved service to our customers, but we also anticipate increased value creation based on the remarkable organic growth rates that LSK has achieved in the past.”
In addition, YORK Label announced that it has acquired the Asheville, North Carolina division of Quality Assured Label (QAL), which boasts a wide array of patented and innovative production capabilities, and is a manufacturer of brand identity labels for the personal care and household goods markets. The division produces a variety of premium, pressure sensitive label products utilizing state-of-the-art multicolor presses.
