SCT International Acquires Graphic Options

ATLANTA—SCT International, LLC, a holding company focused on security printing and brand protection, has completed its acquisition of Graphic Options, LLC, effective as of March 17, 2008.

Graphic Options will operate as a division of Sekuworks, LLC while continuing to provide service to its existing clientele. SCT has named Earl D. Holt, founder of Graphic Options, its new vice president of prepress operations.
