FTA to Host Regional Seminar in Kansas

A new half-day seminar and networking opportunity, designed for flexographic printers/converters, suppliers and prepress providers will take place at the Timber Ridge Adventure Center Welcome Center, starting on May 20 in Olathe, KS.

Topics and presenters will include:

• “Expanded Gamut 101,” Heath Luetkens, CGS Publishing Technologies
• “Expanded Gamut As A Production Enhancer,” Matt Jones, GIDUE North America
• “New Flexo Plate Technology,” Jon Fultz, FujiFilm Graphic Systems Div.

Attendees will be given a comprehensive overview of the fundamentals of expanded gamut printing (EGP). From there, REVO, a new manufacturing process designed to optimize the benefits of expanded gamut will be explored. Finally, the seminar will wrap-up with a look into new digital and analog plate developments for increased productivity, quality and improved overall efficiency.
