ROSELAND, NJ—February 3, 2015—Bobst North America has assembled a new Process Optimization Team, an in-house group of dedicated experts available to assess customers' current work processes and environments.
Process optimization provides customers with an outside set of expert eyes focused on overall facility efficiency, data collection, eliminating bottlenecks, and increasing quality; while reducing set-up times and waste. After a detailed evaluation and analysis, Bobst process optimization specialists create and implement a comprehensive program designed to suit a plant’s needs.
“This is just another example of our commitment to our customers as Bobst continues our drive to become the benchmark for services in the packaging industry," said Bob Pordon, CEO and head of the Bobst Service Center North America.
The present team, which will continue to grow, is comprised of industry specialists with more than 100 years of experience. The process optimization experts utilize all of the Bobst service offerings when tailoring each customer's plan, including e-services, personalized training, products and proactive programs.
