Packaging Design and Technology Intersect at BRAND United University
Being a successful marketing professional requires constant education. You need to study not only shifts in consumer behavior, but also emerging technologies and strategies for improving the customer experience at every touchpoint. We know that it’s difficult to find time for professional development, so we designed a one-day virtual program – BRAND United University – to give brand marketers, agencies, and designers insights into the latest print marketing and packaging design techniques, and their role as powerful sales agents in today’s optichannel marketing mix.
Taking place on Sept. 29, 2020, BRAND United University is free for attendees and structured so that you may join a single two-hour track of the program based on your area of interest. Here’s a closer look at what we’ll cover in each track:
Forget what you think you know about print marketing. This tangible touchpoint can play a pivotal part in the customer journey when incorporated into optimized multichannel – a.k.a. “optichannel” – campaigns. This track will showcase data-driven print marketing techniques, stand-out brand campaigns, and key drivers of magazine ad effectiveness. Plus, join the United States Postal Service’s manager of innovation and product development for a powerhouse panel delving into direct mail innovations and performance tracking. See the full agenda here.
Packaging is a team effort requiring close collaboration between brands, agencies, designers, and vendors. We’re bringing together experts from across these roles to illuminate packaging’s critical role in the brand experience and to provide creative inspiration. This track will also feature a keynote presentation from Joey Rosa, Packaging Design Professor at FIT and Founder of a purpose-driven digital brand agency, Matterful Brands. Attend this four-session course as we highlight top packaging trends, engaging implementations, and brand case studies across product categories. You’ll benefit from hearing our roster of packaging design pros discuss modern ways to make your brand stand out by design. See the full agenda here.
