New INEOS Films Facility Opens

DELAWARE CITY, Del.—Delaware Governor Ruth Ann Minner joined with other public officials this afternoon to cut the ribbon marking the official opening of INEOS Films’ new rigid films production facility. In 2004, the INEOS Group purchased the site and building in Delaware City and established INEOS Films North American headquarters. Plant renovations began in May 2005 and was completed in phases, culminating with the full production of high quality rigid films now underway.
