MCC Acquires Wine and Spirit Label Specialists

CINCINNATI—September 24, 2013—Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has entered into agreements to acquire 100 percent of John Watson & Company, based in Glasgow, Scotland, and Gern & Cie, based in Neuchatel, Switzerland. Both acquisitions are expected to be completed on October 1, 2013, and are expected to be immediately accretive. Combined annual revenues are approximately USD $20 million.
