Mondi to Present Pet Food Consumer Survey Results at Pack Expo

Mondi is a global leader in innovative and sustainable packaging and paper solutions. At the Pack Expo 2019 trade show, Mondi will show pet food manufacturers who stop by its Booth LS-6516 new insights based on a survey they conducted together with Dow. Customers will learn more about consumer behavior, and in what ways pet food packaging plays a role in keeping customers and their pets happy and healthy.

Mondi’s vision is to contribute to a better world through more sustainable packaging. Taking a proactive approach to sustainable development is key to helping customers meet their own sustainability targets and vital for addressing the environmental challenges facing the planet.

Mondi’s team will be on hand to discuss the survey and its results, which were completed in partnership with Dow. The report shares the latest insights on trends, behaviors and new developments manufacturers can leverage to attract and convert consumers. For example, 75% of customers say they would feel more favorably toward a brand with sustainable packaging, and 65% say they would trust a brand more if it used sustainable packaging. Copies of the survey will be made available to booth visitors. William Kuecker, Vice President of Marketing, Mondi Consumer Packaging emphasized, “We were surprised by some of the findings in the report. Sustainability is truly a priority for pet owners, so we are here to help our customers prepare for this trend.”

In addition, Mondi will exhibit high quality, cost-effective flexographic printing, and products that meet food manufacturers’ and cement producers’ packaging needs.
