Keynote Speakers Announced for PaperCon 2012
ATLANTA—March 21, 2012—This year’s keynote speakers for TAPPI PaperCon 2012 are bestselling author Jeffrey Hayzlett and Lisa Bauer Lotto, Director, Environmental & Sustainability Programs at Green Bay Packaging. PaperCon 2012 will be held April 21-25 in New Orleans, Louisiana, providing the largest program of any paper industry in the world.

Jeffrey Hayzlett, Author and former Fortune 100 executive—Jeffrey, is a bestselling author, business celebrity, and well-traveled public speaker and editor to one of the largest-circulation business publications. A compelling figure in global business, he will discuss how the paper industry can drive and deliver change, and how to avoid the pitfalls that beset other industries.
Jeffrey joined Kodak in April 2006 as Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of the Graphic Communications Group (GCG), and later was Chief Business Development Officer and CMO responsible for Brand Development and Management, Market Development, Public Relations, Communications and Public Affairs, Business Development, Corporate Relationships and Partnerships, and Marketing. Jeffrey is author of The Mirror Test, which received acclaim on numerous bestseller lists including Inc’s 800CEORead and USA Today, and Running the Gauntlet, released in January 2012, which addresses “How do I change my business in a way that instills enthusiasm and increases profits.” He has appeared on Fox Business News, MSNBC’s Your Business and NBC’s Celebrity Apprentice with Donald Trump.
Lisa Bauer Lotto, M.S., Director, Environmental & Sustainability Programs, Green Bay Packaging, coordinates implementation of sustainability strategies for Green Bay Packaging, (GBP) and provides assistance to customers. GBP is one of the largest privately held vertically integrated corporations consisting of timberlands, recycled and virgin linerboard mills and corrugated, folding carton and specialty converting operations. Headquartered in Green Bay, Wis., the company has manufacturing facilities in 14 states and Mexico and 3,000 employees.
Linda has over 18 years of experience in environmental sustainability and the packaging industry and began her career as an aerosol chemist for a consumer goods company. She’s currently responsible for company-wide sustainability programs and supply chain integrity of the containerboard product line, where she coordinates implementation of sustainability strategies for GBP and customer-driven cooperatives.
