Interfilm Acquires Brushfoil
EASLEY, S.C.—Interfilm Holdings Inc., a national valued-added distributor of industrial films, has acquired the business and assets of Brushfoil LLC, based in Guilford, Conn. Terms of the Brushfoil transaction were not disclosed.
Brushfoil is a global manufacturer of brushed films and papers that enhance the appearance of consumer products. During the last three years, the company completed a successful 2005 product introduction into Europe, achieved a threefold increase of its Guilford facilities to 15,000 square feet, earned ISO 9001:2000 certification, and expanded distribution of its products into the growing South America market.
Founded in 1981, privately held Interfilm has its headquarters and a manufacturing facility in Easley, S.C. In addition to Brushfoil’s Guilford location, Interfilm’s other manufacturing locations include Rancho Cucamonga, Calif., Glastonbury, Conn., and North Aurora, Ill.

All of Brushfoil’s employees will continue with business operations in Guilford, Conn.
