Bemis Acquires Mayor Packaging of Hong Kong

NEENAH, Wis.—Bemis Company, Inc. announced that it has acquired Mayor Packaging, a privately-owned manufacturer of consumer and specialty flexible packaging, including a manufacturing facility in Dongguan, China. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. This transaction does not impact earnings per share guidance for 2011.
