Flexo professionals can now manage every step of the production process more efficiently and sustainably, all with one fully integrated solution. At the heart of the solution is ECO3’s cloud-based workflow platform, Amfortis, which automates prepress tasks, improves collaboration, and minimizes waste. From file to plate, production becomes faster, smarter, and more reliable.
A key innovation is SPIR@L screening, which ensures precise dot control for sharper detail, vibrant color, and consistent results. Paired with GridTune surface patterning, the system helps reduce costs while supporting greater sustainability.
The MAGIS plate system uses a dry film lamination process to create stable flat-top dots, consuming four times less energy than traditional LAMS plates. This results in faster processing, reduced energy use, and greater press stability. In addition, the MAGIS P-Eco Water Wash plate system features an inline filtration system that removes 100% of solids from the washout water without using any chemicals.
ECO3’s broad portfolio offers a one-stop solution for a wide range of printing requirements, and the total cost of ownership of our open systems will be especially appealing to printers and converters seeking an alternative to their current suppliers.
