Chicago Paper Tube & Can Develops Custom Packaging Hybrid DecoSleeve

CHICAGO—January 31, 2015—Chicago Paper Tube & Can has announced the latest addition to its popular line of Rolled Edge containers. DecoSleeve affixes permanently to a standard glass or plastic dispenser bottle for a custom-branded finish without separate outer packaging. The two-part sleeve with a rolled-edge finish is fully decorated with custom printing and integrates with virtually any primary package, retaining the existing twist-off or snap-on functionality while presenting a seamless outer finish.

"DecoSleeve makes any standard bottle look like a custom applicator," says Chicago Paper Tube General Manager Jonathan Dudlak. "It eliminates the need for screen printing or labeling on the bottle exterior and offers a more polished design that stays with the product throughout its useable life. The 100 percent paperboard construction also provides a built-in protective package for otherwise delicate glass bottles."

DecoSleeve can be shipped as ready-to-assemble components to the client's fulfillment partner, or pre-affixed to a host of standard vessels at Chicago Paper Tube's Midwestern facility. All custom decoration options, including premium paper stocks, printing, embossing and foil stamping can be applied to the design.
