Partnering for Success
CINCINNATI—October 31, 2014—Two minority owned business enterprises in Ohio, Che International Group (CIG) and True Choice Pack, have announced their partnership. Che International Group has acquired controlling interest in Dayton-based True Choice Pack Corp. (TCP), formerly known as Bio Green Choice.
TCP provides green, traditional, private label, and customized products including boxes, cushions/in-packs, bottles, containers, raw materials, and shipping supplies, plus warehousing, distribution, R&D, and consulting services.
Christopher Che, president and CEO of CIG says he was attracted to True Choice Pack because of its innovative and sustainable products, strong leadership and global supply chain. “It’s a value proposition that is unmatched in our industry.”
Che is now TCP’s chairman and the two original owners of TCP will continue in their leadership roles—Heena Rathore as president and CEO and Rakesh Rathore as chief scientific officer and COO.
“We are confident that our partnership with CIG will enable us to offer our customers a wide range of packaging and disposable solutions across various market segments,” says Heena Rathore, president and CEO of True Choice Pack.
“Innovation is at the heart of every packaging solution we develop,” says Rakesh Rathore. “Our team understands that the packaging and disposable needs of each customer are unique, so we offer a distinctive, consultative approach to satisfy those needs. We have expertise in R&D and global supply chain capabilities and believe our partnership with CIG will elevate our ability to develop the highly innovative, sustainable and cost effective packaging solutions our customers are looking for.”
