CLAYTON, NC—October 14, 2014—3C! Packaging has expanded its operations to Evansville, Indiana to better serve Midwestern clients. The company specializes in pharmaceutical packaging solutions, including the design and manufacture of custom folding cartons, printed literature, inserts/outserts, labels/foils and unit dose applications.
The new Evansville operation is now open and serving southwestern Indiana. The expansion is expected to improve customer face-time, expedite front-end solutions and highlight 3C! Packaging's full portfolio of premium packaging solutions. Manufacturing is also expected to begin at the Indiana location soon.
Similarly to the Evansville expansion, 3C! Packaging opened a Northeast Corridor showroom in Philadelphia in 2010. That facility has since expanded to include full design/graphic capabilities, a sample-making area and an integrated customer service department offering first-hand experience of 3C!’s day-to-day operations.
“We sensed an opportunity in the Midwest to successfully expand our operations and realize increased market share,” said Sparky Cullen, vice president of finance for 3C! Packaging. “In Evansville, we found a city whose business-friendly infrastructure and skilled workforce made for an attractive base for Midwest operations.”
3C! Packaging manufactures an array of primary and secondary printed packaging components, primarily targeting the pharmaceutical industry. Throughout its growth, 3C! has increased its quantity of presses, feeders, folders, and insert placing machines. To celebrate its recent 35th anniversary, the company debuted its enhanced printed foil lidding for blisters, and printed foil sachets. The company has also received certification from the PANTONE Certified Printer Program.
